Amazon Account Management
Amazon Account Management Services That Run Your Channel
Listings, PPC, inventory, and account health, run by one team for brands doing $1M to $20M. The audit is free. You keep the Seller Central account.
Amazon account management services are the operating team for the channel. SellTru does that work for brands doing $1M to $20M. Listings, advertising, FBA inventory, and account health sit with one group, so a suppressed ASIN and a wasted search term get handled in the same week. We have managed $150M+ in marketplace sales across 200+ brands, and we are an Amazon Ads Partner Network member. The Amazon marketing page is the overview. This page is what the week actually contains.
If you are still choosing a partner, read how to choose an Amazon agency first. If you already know you want the whole account run, the sections below are the scope.
What Amazon account management includes
Full service Amazon account management, the way we run it, is four jobs that change each other. An Amazon account management agency that only sends a monthly PDF is describing the console you already have.
Listings
Titles, bullets, backend search terms, images, and A+ content. A click that lands on a weak page wastes the ad budget and the organic rank behind it. The working detail is on Amazon listing optimization services.
Advertising
Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display, reviewed every week: search terms, negatives, bids, and budgets. That pass lives on the Amazon PPC management page. Account management is why the person changing the bid can also change the listing the click lands on.
Inventory and FBA
Weeks of cover, inbound shipments, stranded units, and the storage fees that show up when inventory sits too long or runs out. The full version is Amazon FBA management services.
Account health
Policy warnings, suppressed listings, and performance notifications, read when they arrive. Seller management services fall apart when health is a slide in the monthly deck instead of a daily check.
We do not take on general social media or a website rebuild. We also do not promise a specific ACOS. Across accounts we manage, average ACOS reduction in the first 90 days is 45%. That is an average, not a forecast for the next brand.
Daily, weekly and monthly work
The cadence is the product. An Amazon seller management company that "checks in monthly" is reading the damage after it has posted. This is the rhythm on accounts we run.
| Cadence | What gets done |
|---|---|
| Daily | Account Health and performance notifications. Listings that went inactive or suppressed. Any hero ASIN that will stock out inside its lead time. Problems that cannot wait for the weekly pass. |
| Weekly | Search terms, negatives, bids, and budget moves. Listing fixes where clicks are healthy and conversion is not. Inbound shipment status and the stranded queue. A short note on what changed, including weeks that were quiet and why. |
| Monthly | Sales, TACoS, and campaign ACOS, read together. Catalog priorities for the next listing passes. A restock plan that matches production lead time. The Account Health trend, not a single day's score. |
What you should be able to point at: a user login that is yours, a change history that matches the weekly note, and a restock number you approved before a purchase order went to the factory. If those three are missing, the retainer is a reporting fee.
Seller Central and account health
The account stays in your name. We are added as a user you can remove. The catalog, the campaigns, and the inventory stay on your account if we part ways.
The quiet problems live in Seller Central, not in the ad console. A listing goes inactive over a compliance document. A variation breaks and splits the reviews. A used offer sits on a listing you sell as new. Account Health moves because of a late shipment metric or a policy warning. The audit checklist we publish treats these as items to clear. Why Amazon sales drop is the diagnostic we use when a page goes dark suddenly.
We answer the notification with the document or the fix it asks for. Ongoing watch on hijackers and Account Health is Amazon brand protection. If Amazon has already suspended the account, that is a separate scope: Amazon account reinstatement, not this retainer. Brands that sell wholesale to Amazon are scoped on Vendor Central management.
The team is in Fort Lauderdale, at 333 Las Olas Way, and we work with brands across the United States. Call (954) 869-2034 if you want a person instead of a form. Same work either way: Seller Central, not a local social calendar.
Advertising and listings
Ads and listings are one system. A keyword you bid on should appear on the page, or you are paying for a click you cannot rank for later. A page that does not convert should get a rewrite before it gets a higher bid.
On this scope the weekly ad work covers Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display. Listing issues found in that pass stay with the same team. If advertising is the only problem, say so on the audit and we will scope the smaller job. Model comparisons are on the Amazon agency pricing guide and in what Amazon PPC management costs.
We read TACoS next to ACOS, because one campaign can look ugly while the account is getting healthier. The 45% average ACOS reduction in the first 90 days is an account-level result. It includes ads, listings, and inventory.
Want this applied to your account? Book a call or send the audit form. Both go to the same team.
Inventory and FBA
A stockout erases the rank the ads just bought. Extra inventory creates storage fees and, once it ages, aged-inventory fees. Account management includes the replenishment conversation: recent sales rate, what the ad plan will do to that rate, supplier lead time, freight and check-in time, units already at FBA, and units already on a shipment.
We are not a prep warehouse. We plan the shipment in Seller Central, reconcile what Amazon receives, and clear stranded inventory so units you already paid to send can be sold. Physical labeling and polybagging stay with your warehouse or a prep partner you choose. Q4 timing, restock limits, and reimbursement cases are written up on the FBA page, with the deadlines in the Q4 prep checklist.
Reporting
You already have Seller Central and the ads console. A useful monthly note is the decision list: what sold, what the ads cost against total sales, which listings moved, where inventory will break, and what we are doing next. You should be able to approve a budget or a purchase order from that note.
Screenshots from accounts we manage are on the case studies page. We do not paste a client name onto this page.
How onboarding works
- Audit. We read account health, listing quality on the ASINs that matter, campaign structure, and weeks of cover before we propose a scope. The form on this page is that request. It is free, and it is the same audit we use to decide whether we should take the account.
- Access. You add us as a user on Seller Central and Amazon Ads. You remain the owner. We do not ask you to transfer the selling account into our name.
- First fixes. Suppressed listings, search terms that are obviously wasted, and any hero ASIN inside one lead time of a stockout. Structure and cleanup come before we scale spend.
- Day 90, then month to month. There is a 90-day onboarding period because marketplace results need time. Anyone promising a new rank by Friday is not being straight. After 90 days the agreement is month to month. Retention is 90% because of the work, not because of a long contract.
Once access is in, the first week is health, inventory cover, and the worst ad waste. Brands adding a second marketplace use the same team for Walmart.
Pricing
SellTru charges a flat monthly retainer. The fee does not rise because the ad budget rose, which is the point of refusing a percent-of-spend model. You pay Amazon for the clicks. Budget increases still need your approval.
Catalog size and whether Walmart is included change the retainer, so this page does not guess a number. The ranges are on the agency pricing guide. The audit is free.
Results: $150M+ managed and 90% retention
Across Amazon and Walmart we have managed $150M+ in marketplace sales and served 200+ brands. Average ACOS reduction in the first 90 days, on the accounts behind that homepage figure, is 45%. Client retention is 90% after the initial 90 days, on a month-to-month agreement. Those are averages. They are not a forecast we will print onto your audit.
Bring the account, not a slide. We will tell you if the scope should be smaller than a full retainer.
FAQ
What does an Amazon account manager do?
An account manager runs the channel during the week: account health and suppressed listings, the advertising pass, listing fixes that block conversion, and inventory cover so you are not buying rank you cannot supply. You should be able to see those edits in Seller Central and Amazon Ads change history.
How much do account management services cost?
SellTru uses a flat monthly retainer, not a percent of ad spend. Catalog size, whether you need the full account or a slice of it, and whether Walmart is included all change the fee. A single figure on this page would be a guess, so the ranges stay on the agency pricing guide. The audit is free. Ad spend is paid to Amazon and is separate from the retainer.
Do I keep ownership of my account?
Yes. The Seller Central account stays in your name. We are added as a user you can remove. You keep the primary login, the bank account, and the legal entity. If the engagement ends, the catalog, the campaigns, and the FBA inventory stay on your account.
How is this different from PPC management?
PPC management is the weekly work on Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display: search terms, negatives, bids, and budgets. Account management includes that pass and also the listings, FBA inventory, and account health. If ads are the only problem, we will say so and scope the smaller job.
How fast do you start?
The free audit is the start. Once you add us as a user, the first week covers account health, inventory cover, and the worst wasted search terms. There is a 90-day onboarding period because marketplace results need time. After that the agreement is month to month.
Do you manage Walmart too?
Yes, when you want that channel. Walmart listings, Walmart Connect ads, and WFS can sit with the same team. We do not paste Amazon campaigns onto Walmart. The Walmart marketing page is where that channel is described.
