Amazon Account Reinstatement Service

We read the performance notification, build the Plan of Action and the evidence, and follow Amazon's replies. Amazon decides the outcome. We do not guarantee reinstatement. Book a call or send the notice.

An Amazon account reinstatement service is for a live enforcement problem. The seller account is deactivated, an ASIN is suspended, or a performance notification has already restricted selling. SellTru does this work. It is not the weekly health check, and it is not something we fold into an ads retainer because the word "suspension" came up on a call.

Amazon decides whether you sell again. We do not guarantee reinstatement. We do not publish a success rate, a money-back promise, or a number of days. If your account is still open and you want hijackers and Account Health watched so it stays that way, that scope is Amazon brand protection. If sales dropped and you are not yet sure the account is suspended, start with why Amazon sales drop. The ongoing operating team, once you are selling again, is Amazon account management.

What an account reinstatement service covers

We start from the account, not from a screenshot in an email. The performance notification, Account Health, and the appeals already submitted tell us what Amazon thinks happened. A forwarded summary almost always drops the sentence that matters.

  • Read the notice and the policy issue it cites, in the account you own.
  • Separate an account-level deactivation from an ASIN or listing suspension. They are not the same file.
  • Read prior appeals so we do not resend a letter Amazon already rejected.
  • List the documents the notice actually asks for, and the ones the root cause needs even if the notice is vague.
  • Write the Plan of Action against that record.
  • Submit it, or prepare it for you to submit, inside Seller Central. You keep the login. We are a user you can remove.
  • Answer the follow-up if Amazon asks for more. Stop if the reply says there is no route left.

You own the Seller Central account. That is the same rule as the rest of our work. We do not need to own your login to write the appeal, and we will not ask you to hand the company over to get a letter drafted.

Account suspension help that arrives before the deactivation is a different week: answer the warning, fix the listing, file the IP complaint that is still a complaint. That prevention work lives on the brand protection page. Once the notification says you cannot sell, you are on this page.

How a Plan of Action is built

A Plan of Action is short on purpose. Amazon's reviewers are not looking for a brand story. The letter has three parts, and each one has to be true for this account.

  1. Root cause. What actually happened. Not "we care about compliance." The invoice that was missing, the supplier you did not vet, the listing edit you did not catch, the metric that crossed the line. If we cannot say it from the notice and the account, we do not invent a cause to sound complete.
  2. Corrective actions already taken. Past tense. Documents, dates, and what changed. A promise to do something next month is not a correction.
  3. Preventive controls. The check that stops the same issue on the next ASIN or the next order. A control you will not actually run does not belong in the letter.

What we leave out is as important. No template paragraph that could be pasted onto any seller. No argument with the policy when the facts show the violation happened. No emotional close. If an earlier appeal already used that language, we do not repeat it and hope a new reviewer is kinder.

If the root cause is still unknown: we say that before we write. Guessing a cause to get a draft out the door is how appeals get rejected and how the next letter has less room. Some notices are specific. Some are not. The first job is to find out which one you have.

Intellectual property notices often depend on what Brand Registry can prove. Enrollment steps are in the Brand Registry guide. If you are not enrolled, we will tell you whether that gap is the appeal or a separate filing. We will not pretend a registry application is the Plan of Action.

Send the performance notification. The call is free. We would rather tell you the notice is a listing fix than sell an appeal you do not need.

Account suspension vs a listing suspension

A full account suspension means the selling account cannot transact. A listing or ASIN suspension means that product is blocked and the rest of the catalog may still be live. The notices look related in a panic and they ask for different proof. An intellectual property complaint on one ASIN is not the file you submit for an order-defect problem or an inauthentic complaint against the whole account.

We do not keep one master letter with the ASIN swapped. The product suspension needs the complaint, the authenticity documents, and the listing facts for that item. The account suspension needs the performance notification, the metric or policy named in it, and the account-level fixes. Mixing them produces a Plan of Action that answers a question Amazon did not ask.

Some "suspensions" are not suspensions. A suppressed listing, stranded inventory, or a lost Buy Box can zero out sales while the account is in good standing. The sales-drop guide is the order to check. Stranded units in FBA are FBA management, not an appeal. If that is the real problem, we will say so and we will not write a Plan of Action for a stock problem.

After a rejected appeal

A rejection is information. Amazon may say the plan did not address the issue, the documents were missing, or the root cause was not accepted. The useful next step is to read that message next to the letter that was sent. The useless next step is to change a few adjectives and submit again the same day.

We will take a rejected appeal when there is still a route: a missing document you now have, a root cause the first letter dodged, a policy section the first letter did not answer. We will also tell you when another filing is unlikely to help. That includes a message that says there is no further appeal. Sending more letters so the engagement looks active is not a service.

If you have already sent several appeals, send all of them with the original notice. We need to see what Amazon has already been told. A clean draft that contradicts your own earlier letter is a new problem.

What we will not promise

Specialist sites in this category often sell certainty. We will not. The limits below are the engagement.

  • No reinstatement guarantee. Amazon makes the decision.
  • No success rate. We do not have a number we are willing to print, and a number from another firm is not ours.
  • No timeline. Amazon replies when Amazon replies. We track the case. We do not quote a day count we do not control.
  • No published case fee. One ASIN and a deactivated account are not the same project, and a prior rejection changes the work. We quote after we read the notice. Ongoing retainers, which are a different scope, are on the Amazon agency pricing guide.
  • No claim that your last appeal "almost worked." If we cannot see that in Amazon's reply, it is not a fact.

We also will not invent prior Amazon employment, a named client, or a reinstatement story to win the call. The work is the notice in front of us.

If another firm promised a date or a success rate, bring the notice anyway. We will tell you what the notification supports. We will not match a promise we cannot keep.

FAQ

Do you guarantee reinstatement?

No. Amazon decides whether the account or the ASIN sells again. We read the notice, build the Plan of Action and the evidence, submit or prepare the submission in the account you own, and follow Amazon's replies. A guarantee would be a claim we cannot keep. We also do not publish a success rate.

What is a Plan of Action?

A Plan of Action is the short appeal Amazon expects. It states the root cause of the violation, the corrective actions you have already taken, and the controls that should stop the same issue from happening again. It has to match the notice on your account. A generic letter that could be sent for any seller is not a plan.

Can you help after Amazon rejected an appeal?

Yes, when the rejection still leaves a real route. We read Amazon's reply and the appeal you already sent before we write anything new. If the message says there is no further path, or the facts do not support another filing, we will tell you that instead of sending the same letter again.

How long does Amazon take?

We do not know, and we do not publish a number of days. Amazon replies on its own schedule. We track the case and answer if they ask for more documents. A timeline on a sales page would be a guess, and we will not make one.

What does it cost?

We do not publish a case fee. Scope depends on whether the notice covers one ASIN or the whole account, and on what Amazon has already rejected. Ongoing management retainers are described on the pricing guide. This project is quoted after we read the notice. The audit call is free.

Do you handle ASIN suspensions and full account suspensions?

Yes. They are different jobs. An ASIN or listing suspension needs the complaint and the documents for that product. A full account suspension needs the performance notification for the selling account. We do not use one template for both.

Or send the audit with the performance notification. We read that before we talk about a project. No reinstatement guarantee on the call either.
